1. Scope of service

Learnbank.ai provides students with practice questions, Smart Notes, learning progress tracking, AI-assisted tutoring, and analysis reports. The service is intended for eligible student users. Please use it for revision, understanding knowledge, and planning your studies — not for cheating, attacking the service, or interfering with other users.

2. Accounts and security

• Register with accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Protect your login email, verification codes, and device access. Do not share your account with others.
• If you suspect your account is being used by someone else, contact us through the in-app feedback channel or help@learnbank.ai.
• Students can only modify their own profile, learning preferences, and notification settings.
• Where a user is under the age of digital consent in their region, a parent or legal guardian's consent is required.

3. Pro subscription and trial

• Some features require a Pro subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• If a free trial is offered, the subscription renews automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings.
• Prices, trial terms, renewal, and cancellation rules are shown on the system purchase page at the time of purchase.
• You can restore previous purchases with the "Restore Purchases" button on the subscription screen.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective store policies.

4. AI feature boundaries

Answers provided by AI features are for learning reference only and do not constitute professional advice. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuited to your school's requirements. Always verify important answers, exam conclusions, and formal homework against your teacher, textbook, or official materials. Your use of AI features is also subject to the AI processing disclosure in our Privacy Policy.

5. Content and intellectual property

• Questions, explanations, Smart Notes, learning reports, and interface assets are for your personal study only. Intellectual property belongs to Learnbank.ai or its licensors; copying, distributing, or commercial use without authorisation is not permitted.
• Referral rewards, Credits, and learning records are validated server-side; clients cannot self-increase balances or fabricate results.
• Abusing rewards, duplicate registration, or misuse of referral codes may lead to reward revocation or account restrictions.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, attack, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape content or abuse AI quotas.

7. Termination and changes

We may update these terms for compliance or operational reasons; material changes will be announced through in-app notice or email. Learnbank.ai does not guarantee exam results, that AI answers are always correct, that the service will never be interrupted, or that all chapters are available. If you seriously violate these terms, we may restrict features or suspend account access. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
